Your employment law contract can be terminated for a variety of reasons, sometimes legitimately if gross misconduct is involved, but sometimes the way in which your employment has been terminated may be unfair or may amount to constructive dismissal. Our lawyers can advise you on your employment rights.
Constructive Dismissal
If you resign your job as a result of your employer's behaviour then it can in certain circumstances be considered as constructive dismissal. If you think this is the case then we will need to be able to show that: your employer has committed a material breach of contract, you believed you had no option other than to leave as a result of that breach and you have not done anything to suggest you accepted their breach.
